Apple Pie Smoothie

To spice things up, add a 1-‐inch piece of ginger or a dash of cayenne or cinnamon.
Ingredients
- ⅛ teaspoon cloves
- ½ teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon cold pressed olive oil, OR cold pressed hemp seed oil
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 avocado
- 2 Granny Smith apples, core removed
- ¼ cup walnuts
- 1 cup filtered, OR spring water
- 1 cup almond milk, OR coconut milk, OR hemp seed milk, OR goat’s milk
Special Equipment
- Blender
Instructions
- In a blender, blend all of the ingredients until smooth.
Serving Suggestion
- If you prefer a thinner smoothie, add water as needed.
- Pour into a tall glass and serve.
