The Alchemy of Food
Ensuring that what you eat is of value to the body, does not contain preservatives, food colourants, additives or genetically modified foods is of vital importance to health. Excessive toxicity exposure, nutritional and immune deficiencies contribute to dis-ease, just as dehydration and unhappiness contributes to the un-wellness of the body. That is why we make sure our diet is as “clean” as possible. There are several foodstuffs that are restricted in our programs, and for good reason.
There is an abundance of recipes on the internet, but many of them contain ingredients that we do not include in our programs. We provide you with some “Replacements” in this section that will help you to adapt some of your favourite recipes.
