Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon cold pressed extra-virgin olive oil, OR cold pressed hemp seed oil
- 1-inch slice of ginger root
- 1 carrot
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- 1 green pepper
- 1 lemon
- 1 jalapeno chilli
Special Equipment
- Masticating juicer (preferred) centrifugal juicer or juice press.
Instructions
- Juice all ingredients.
