Ingredients
- ½ cup grated / finely sliced red cabbage
- ½ cup broccoli florets – keep them small
- 2 tablespoons of Virgin Olive Oil / coconut oil
- Juice of a lemon to taste
- Himalayan salt – optional
Instructions
- Slice red cabbage finely
- Add broccoli florets
- Add in olive oil or coconut oil and the juice of ½ lemon
- Season with a tiny bit of Himalayan salt
