Here Are Guidelines to Ensure Your Gastrointestinal Tract Keeps Functioning Optimally:

  • Remove accumulated faecal matter
  • Change your diet from a toxin-producing process to that of elimination and cleansing.
  • Ensure that you eat a plentiful supply of colourful, fresh raw fruit and vegetables daily.
  • Change over from a soft processed food diet to a more fibre-rich wholesome diet in gradual stages to avoid excessive flatulence
  • Do regular juice fasts / cleanses and fasting sessions 
  • Colonic flushing with enemas or colonic irrigation is another consideration.

  • Hydration is absolutely essential.  Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of pure clean water daily
