Raw Beetroot and Hemp Soup
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts (aka raw shelled hemp seed)
- 3 tbsp. Manitoba Harvest Hemp Oil
- 2 cups Beetroot, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup White Onion, diced
- 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on high until creamy smooth.
- This recipe can be stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator for 2 – 3 days.
